Skiing
This year saw 8 members (ok 6 + 2 kids) go skiing to La Plagne, France.  A great time was had by all, being treat to over 3 foot of fresh snow, actually still snowing when we arrived.

Sam & Rosie gained their Gold & Bronze ski awards, and I think Sam showed us all how to do a Black mogul run, his uncle, Ian says it was easy for him as his skis are that much smaller! (but the bumbs are that much bigger).

Alps
A small group of members went to the Saas valley in Switzerland  for the first two weeks in September.
The weather was perfect for nearly all the holiday. There were successful ascents of the Breithorn, Allalinhorn and the coveted prize of the Matterhorn for Ian Couldwell & Tony Marples.

Arran
Once again Arran is on the agenda for Spring Bank this year, most people going on the 27th May for 1 week. Camping will be at Lochranza.

How Stean Gorge
Fast becoming another favourite is Tims camping w/e in the Yorkshire Dales. This time he is booking a campsite nearer to a pub than How stean gorge, sounds to be ideal for kids as well. Date - July 10th.
